What we collect

When you join our email list, we collect your email address, your first name if you give it, the page you signed up on and how you found us (for example, an ad or a post).

Why we collect it

We use your email to send you our emails: a welcome email, then tips to help you get better. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We use a few trusted services to run this site: Cloudflare to host it, and Resend to send our emails and keep our email list. They only use your details to do that job for us. We never sell your details.

Cookies

If this site uses stats or ad tools (like Google Analytics or the Meta pixel), visitors in Europe are asked first, and nothing loads without a yes. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
